• Drivers age 16-17 years old may operate with a parent or legal guardian on the jet ski

• Maximum 2 passengers (400 lbs capacity)

• Children must be ages 5 years old and may not ride in front of the driver under any circumstance (50 lbs minimum)

• Must arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time (Additional time will not be added for late arrivals)

Your rental begins at your scheduled reservation time. If you arrive late, your rental time will be shortened accordingly. Additional time will not be added for late arrivals.

Please arrive 20 minutes early so you have plenty of time to check in and complete the required safety briefing.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.

If Tropic Water Sports cancels your rental due to unsafe weather or water conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

• We accept major credit card, debit cards, and cash (no checks)

• Debit cards require a security deposit of $400 per jet ski rental for incidental damages (a valid credit card can be put on file instead of the $400 hold)

• Security deposits will be released upon your return to the dock with no damages on the jet ski

• Credit cards do not require a security hold

• Cash payments require a valid credit card on file for incidental damages

• The card holder must present a valid photo ID at check-in that corresponds to the name on the card being used

For everyones safety, operating or riding any jet ski, kayak, or paddle board while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears impaired. No refunds will be issued if service is refused due to suspected drug or alcohol impairment.

We’re located oceanside at Mile Marker 94.5, next to Snappers Oceanfront Restaurant.

Enter at the large Snappers sign from Overseas Highway and continue toward the restaurant. Tropic Water Sports is located in the marina next to the outdoor dining area. Parking is available on-site.
